Our Policies – Botox and Fillers Deposit Policy 💵 We charge a non-refundable $50 deposit for Botox and $100 deposit for fillers when booking an appointment. This charge will go towards your service. Payment Policy 💰 Credit card payments will incur a 3.5% convenience fee. We accept cash, Venmo and Zelle. Cancellation Policy⚡️ As a courtesy to our customers and staff, please provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you cancel, reschedule or no-show your scheduled appointment within 48 hours, your deposit is non-refundable. If you are not going to be able to make your appointment, please call us as soon as possible. Rescheduling Policy 📆 We allow each appointment to be rescheduled a maximum of two times. If that appointment is rescheduled a third time, it will be canceled. If you need any help rescheduling or cancelling, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
